2 Key Travelers

Alright folks, buckle up—because the winds of change are blowing, and they’re bringing big stuff. Like, metaphorically big… but also maybe physically big. We’ll see.

My 2025 goal is to post at least once a month about our adventures. We’ve been laying low lately due to the 2KeyVato being in the shop for repairs—which I will absolutely overshare about in a future post, complete with dramatic retellings and probably at least one reference to a class action lawsuit.

This accidental travel pause, combined with some recent changes to our remote work setups, has made us rethink how we hit the road. Once we lock in our mystery change (ooooh, suspense), I’ll give you the full scoop on what’s next. Hint: it might involve wheels. Or wings. Or an inflatable flamingo. Who knows anymore?

Now, about our rating system. Once upon a time, we thought, “Let’s be rebels. Let’s ditch the classic 5-star rating system and invent something completely original!” And then we did… and promptly forgot how it worked. Fast forward to now: even we don’t understand it. Tazia has officially vetoed the chaos and brought us back to reality. We’re now embracing a shiny new system: 5 keys, featuring the legendary Golden Key.

What’s the Golden Key, you ask? Think of it as the VIP pass to our hearts. It’s what a place gets when it truly knocks our socks off, fills our bellies with good food and drinks, and gives us strong Wi-Fi. Basically, it’s rarer than an honest Yelp review.
